Worst bootcamp in the world
The course and company are woeful. Poor and outright incorrect information and learning materials, toxic culture, and misadvertised in multiple ways. Please take my words on board and avoid this course. The real course content you will be taught on the software engineer bootcamp is woefully inadequate to set you up for a job - it doesn't even cover some extremely basic skills that you'll need e.g. APIs. Not worth your time, much better bootcamps out there

DON'T THINK ABOUT GOING INTO THIS!!!
I self-funded this course. I enjoyed the first few modules, and I am generally good in self-studying. However, the pdf lessons were just lacking content in relation to completing the assignments, and I had to do more research. 1:1 mentor support had been unavailable twice, and they were not knowledgeable enough to answer my coding queries. Unfortunately, I had to stop the course after the 1st month due to illness and finance issues. But guess what, they still wanted me pay the full tuiti...I self-funded this course. There were several breeches in their contract. I had to raise complaints with the affiliated Uni and Department of Education. I'm surprised that I'm not the only one facing these issues. This bootcamp was well advertised (posters on trains, adds on Facebook), and it had good & unrealistic promises, but the teaching method has not delivered. Their model seems like a kickstarter & a money making scheme, and like the others commenting below, I will raise them to court if necessary. AVOID! FAKE REVIEWS!
There exists now a huge community of students that are incredibly disillusioned with Hyperiondev. The course is of extremely poor quality, almost no interactivity, extremely limited content and many topics that are advertised are not taught.
Hyperiondev has been silencing students who speak out by kicking them off the course unfairly. On other websites it seems they have been leaving themselves lots of good reviews.

Flexible Study Option
I have had a good experience studying data science with HyperionDev. I chose the 6 month part time online option as it made the most sense while working full time. It has been great choice as I had full flexibility in when I could complete the studies and tasks. The first two levels are quite straightforward as the course material is very thorough in teaching you the basics. Mentors mark tasks quickly and give individualized feedback which is greatly appreciated. The third level - Machin...I have had a good experience studying data science with HyperionDev. Hyperion Dev: A Decent Course For Beginners
The course content is good for beginners who have just entered the tech space and lack practical experience coding. And the mentors are very helpful and detailed in their explanations and lectures. But to be honest, the Joburg campus is a bit understaffed which forces students to be more self reliant when solving problems that aren't too challenging. And since Django happened to update it's framework during my course, completing Level 2 became more time consuming since our mentors had to...The course content is good for beginners who have just entered the tech space and lack practical experience coding. And the mentors are very helpful and detailed in their explanations and lectures. But to be honest, the Joburg campus is a bit understaffed which forces students to be more self reliant when solving problems that aren't too challenging. Great for beginners
I am doing the Hyperion Software Engineering 6-month online course. With this self-paced course, you get engaging lessons, expert instructors who make even the most challenging software engineering topics simple, and an excellent resource for getting a head start on your career. I do not recommend this institution, there is better content in Udemy courses for way less than a Quarter of the price. The structure of the course is unorganized as lessons are only taught after you are required to do the task. The chance of you getting an entry level job is very low after doing the course as they do not teach you enough content. I spent days studying and learning off Udemy courses and other sources which gave me the knowledge and confidence to do the job.
