AllWomen offers 11-week bootcamps in data science, UX design, and product management at their Barcelona campus. Students in the data science program will gain hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, and NLP & Sentiment Analysis in order to develop AI projects. The UX/UI design course explores concepts such as visual design, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping. In the product management course, students will receive an introduction to the new field and learn frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, and the product development cycle. AllWomen is exclusively for women and women-identified individuals. The program was created to help increase gender diversity in the tech industry.
AllWomen encourages applications from individuals with a strong desire to enter the tech world. No prior experience is required. To begin, candidates must first fill out an online application form. An AllWomen staff member will then contact them for a five-minute discussion of their application, followed by an on-campus interview. The candidate will be asked to complete a coding assignment. During a second interview, their test results will be assessed in a friendly environment. After this process, the candidate will be accepted into the program and asked to pay tuition.
AllWomen students receive job readiness training including a hiring and demo day, networking opportunities, weekly career events, and mentorship. Students can also benefit from the school’s hiring and internship agreements with local and international companies. AllWomen was founded by Laura Fernández and Cecilia Tham who both have extensive experience in the tech industry as successful entrepreneurs, and have developed a network of allies and hiring partners within Spain and internationally. These partners include Adidas, Everis, Chartboost, and Red Points.

Product Management Part Time
ApplyStart Date None scheduled Cost €2,950 Class size 15 Location Barcelona As a Product Management student you will go through the whole cycle of becoming a good Product Manager and how to effectively bring new products and experiences to market. During the course you will learn about the importance of product market fit, prioritisation and other frameworks, and you will get familiar with typical product management tools (Jira, realtime board…) and the proper framework and methodology for product development per sector. Students will work in their own personal project from inception to delivery. And we'll help you to build a personal portfolio to apply for future jobs.Financing

The bootcamp is a part time programme, so is totally compatible with others activities or work you do.
For the current situation we did the bootcamp online but the team have perfectly adapted the content and the dynamics of the class to do it remotely.
We learned about methodology and frameworks (Agile, Design Thinking, etc ), tools that PM used day by day (Jira, Miro, Figma, etc), and improve our communication skills.

Brilliantly formed curriculum for women and by women.
One of the best decisions I have ever made was to take this course. Coming from a completely different background, I always wondered whether I had the skills to get into tech, and now I KNOW I do.
This course is not just about the content though. It's about the people who run it and your class mates. I don't know anywhere else where you would find the right space to feel safe, supported and elevated as much as you would here. I truly feel part of a family of powerful amazing women.
Oh, and we can also product manage too - that's the bonus!

I did this course to transition from academia to industry. I couldn't have chosen better. You learn everything you need to enter the tech industry in less than 3 month of hard (I am not going to lie!!) but really fascinating work in a fun and caring evironment. I got to know allWomen during its launch party in Barcelona. The speech given by its CEO, Laura truly resonated with me. The vision of allWomen is to help integrate more women in the 4th industrial revolution by giving them strong technical and soft skills in a friendly and inspiring environment where the teaching is done by women leaders in the field. In addition, allWomen is a forum for women from the tech community, where they can meet and exchange ideas, thanks to their informal weekly seminars.
The data science bootcamp, has been truly life-changing for me, not only in terms of technical skills but also making me part of a vibrant community of women. In a matter of couple weeks, thanks to a very dedicated and patient instructor, I gained practical experience in programming in python, by manipulating data, analysing and making predictions for different real-life business challenges (ranging from digital marketing, to customer segmentation, to text reviews analysis as few examples) by using the different machine learning algorithms that we were taught. Career transitioning can be a daunting endeavour, but thanks to this course, I feel confident about this new career path.
To finish, I just wanted to emphasize how awesome is the allWomen team, they are an inspiring bunch of ladies, I totally recommend this course!

I did the Artificial Immersive Progam (Data Science) to learn about data, machine learning, statistics... With no technical background, it has been a truly challenging, amazing experience. Course is great if you are developing your own product. It helps you go deep into the different aspects involved. If you are not familiar with the thech and startup world, thiw course will make you feel conforable when talking about concepts like Agile, Scrum, Sprints... Good teachers and methodology plus the fact that the school itself has been created to empower women in tech: it's a course for women from women.

I did the remote UX - UI bootcamp and was happy to see how they took into account the student's opinion to improve the online classes.
On a remote environment is easier to isolate and get stuck on the process, they assign a mentor that is helpful in this situations.
The UX-UI the projects are developed using the design sprint/design thinking methodology, which seems to very popular among companies.
I also like the fact that they have a hiring week.
The curriculum was good. Particularly I just missed more classes on user flow/interactions with practical exercises for our own projects.
I'm happy with my final project. I would recommend it to any women wanting a career change.
